Planned: Dayco Heights is not built yet

The homes

Standard duplexes with a few co-living homes, built for sale. They are not built yet; the sealed civil plans are done.

Duplexes, built for sale

Dayco Heights is planned as a community of standard duplexes, with a few co-living homes among them, built for sale. A buyer can live in one side of a duplex, or own it as an investment property.

The site layout is being revised, so the number of homes, the floor plans, and the sizes are not set. They will be published with the revised layout, along with finishes and pricing.

What is done

The sealed civil plans: the engineering drawings for how the ground will be graded, drained, and served by utilities. Approvals and permits come next, then construction, then sales.

People on the interest list hear first when floor plans and pricing are ready.
