Approvals and permits
Review of the plans by the agencies that approve them, and the permits needed before work can start.
Construction
Site work, then building the duplexes and co-living homes. The schedule will be posted once it is confirmed.
Sales
Offering the homes for sale. People on the interest list will hear first when floor plans and pricing are ready.
